It's a beautiful day, isn't it?

I spent the morning at Parc de la Cite here on the South Shore of Monteal, where I cheered on my sister Christine as she ran the 5K in the Dix30 run. At 28 mins and change, she beat her own time by3 minutes!! Proud of you sister-mine!
